**Requirements**

- Preferably with 10 years of working experience in the construction industry.
- Language - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (able to converse in mandarin will be an added advantage)

**Experience**
- Electrical construction industries: 10 years (required)

**Responsibility**
- To monitor and control project schedule and project budget for the department.
- To lead team members in ensuring effective implementation of projects so that budget, time frame and quality standards are met.
- To ensure engineers control and monitor the works to ensure that the works achieved the required quality.
- To ensure engineers control and monitor the works to ensure that the completion targeted time frame is met.
- To supervise, train and control Project Engineers.
- To plan out monthly activities to ensure optimal usage of materials, & manpower.
- To maintain good rapport with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and related parties.
- To ensure all operating procedure relating to project management and project implementation are implemented in accordance to Quality, Safety and Environment Standards and clients' requirement.
- To ensure all responsibilities executed by team members follow the code of ethics and guidelines governed by the company.
- To ensure the preparation of all types of monthly report.
- To perform regular visits to project sites (Management Inspection and Review).
