**IMU Residential Management**
- To ensure availability of information on IMU Accommodation and Private Accommodation are available on Student Portal, IMU Website and on physical printed copies available at Marketing Department
- To manage the IMU Residential database as to ensure accuracy of data and monitoring IMU Accommodation residents for the necessary support provision
- To assist with all the necessary inquiries (walk-ins, calls and online) related to IMU Residential Management
- To work closely with the IMU SSH Management, IMU Management and Third-Party Accommodation providers as to from time-to-time learn the best practices and to provide the best support to students
- To revisit and review the processes and further propose for enhancement
- To be the contact-person of IMU Residential Management, especially for all IMU Hostel students
- To work closely with Facilities and Management Office, in regards to the maintenance, repair and cleaning operation in all

**IMU hostel units**
- To ensure compliance of hostel rules and guidelines for all IMU hostel students and to further manage all the non-compliances

**International Student Management**
- To ensure availability of information on international students support on the Student Portal, especially those information and services under SSH purview
- To ensure accuracy and updated information is delivered from time-to-time
- To ensure the support services are delivered according to the procedures and to work closely with other departments and units managing the international students

**SSH Procurement Activity**
- To assist with the SSH procurement activity; registering the vendor, purchase and payment documentation and reporting

**Safety and Health**
- To lead the health and safety management in SSH, and to monitor the participation of all SSH staff in the health and safety related procedures and protocols

**Others**
- To participate in all Marketing events
- To assist the day-to-day support services in SSH
- To participate in the university events whenever required

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum of 1 year of hostel and residential management, or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of student support services, or equivalent
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree holder, in any fields
- The right customer support skills, actively listening and willing to provide the best services
- Problem-solving skills
- Good time management
- Good English language command
- At least intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, able to use all Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Powerpoint, Words)
- Having knowledge to use Microsoft Form and Microsoft Power Automate is an advantage

**Salary**: RM2,600.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
