**Overall Purpose of the Job**:
Responsible for ensuring assets deployed within the respective region are sufficiently utilised, assisting coordination of asset movements to ensure optimum strategic deployment of the rental asset fleet. Where required assisting with asset count and hunt activities. Provide support to locations with the use of our asset systems assisting identifying any area for improvement.Responsible for ensuring assets deployed within the respective region are sufficiently utilised, assisting coordination of asset movements to ensure optimum strategic deployment of the rental asset fleet. **Key Activities and Accountabilities**:
1. Responsible for ensuring locations and support functions are suitably trained in the use of our asset systems.

2. Responsible for identifying assets poorly utilized and communicate their availability systematically to optimise asset deployment.

3. Responsible for searching the asset fleet to meet operational demand working closely with locations to ensure asset utilization is maximized within the region.

4. Facilitate asset movements between locations.

5. Responsible for monitoring accuracy of our asset systems in each location and providing support where required.

6. Responsible for ensuring all asset count activities are complete in line with company policy and procedures.

7. Responsible for ensuring assets no longer suitable for operation are processed for disposal using the relevant asset system.

8. Responsible for providing information on equipment availability as required.

**Job Knowledge and Qualifications**:
1. 5 Years’ knowledge of asset related functionality within SAP and DocuCert

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

3. Knowledge of Product Line Equipment and their unique attributes.

4. Experience of Rental Asset Management in an engineering or oil service company.
