Workshop Controller

1. Ensure daily job distribution to technicians are assigned according to their skills and competency level as per the job requirements.
2. Plan a workflow, job assignment and distribution to manage daily repair lead time and job completion.
3. Fully utilize job planning & distribution tools and system management to manage daily job progress.
4. Arrange for dispatching of vehicles, spare parts or technical support to the respective technician to complete their daily jobs.
5. Work closer with Technical Leader to guide and train all Technicians using the Technician Online learning program.
6. Gather all data and technical reports from the Technical Leader to facilitate warranty claims and assist service advisor on claim submission.
7. Organize regular meetings with Team Leader, Technicians and Management to improve overall workflow.
8. Contribute to workshop productivity by improving daily products conversions and component repairs
9. Ensure that resources such as tools, equipment and hoists are available and in good condition for workers.
10. Ensure workshop team follows and adhere to 5S and work safety rules as per Toyota Standards.
11. Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Minimum Diploma in Automotive OR equivalent with Automotive related experience.
2. At least two (2) years of working experience in car repair and customer service.
3. Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles.
4. Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment.
5. Excellent physical condition.
6. Fluent written and spoken in English & Bahasa Melayu.
7. Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
