**Job Purpose**
The Executive, Admission & Marketing plays a key role in driving student enrolment, enhancing the school’s brand visibility, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current families. This role supports the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies, while managing the end-to-end admissions process to ensure a seamless and professional experience for all stakeholders.
**Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Enrolment Management**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective and enrolled students in the admissions system.
- Provide timely follow-ups and personalized communication to prospective families.
- Coordinate student placements in collaboration with the academic and administrative teams.
- Prepare enrolment reports and statistics for internal and external stakeholders.
**Marketing & Communications**
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media) to promote the school’s brand, events, and enrolment opportunities.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, banners, and social media content in collaboration with the corporate communications team.
- Support the school’s online presence including website updates and SEO efforts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
**Events & School Promotion**
- Coordinate promotional events such as Open Days, school fairs, and outreach programmes.
- Represent the school at education fairs, community events, and feeder school visits.
- Support parent engagement activities to build positive relationships and referrals.
**Customer Service & Front Desk Support**
- Provide courteous and informative responses to prospective parents and ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Coordinate and conduct school tours and orientations for prospective families.
**Collaboration & Internal Coordination**
- Work closely with academic, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
- Coordinate with the Registrar and Admin teams on student records and reporting requirements.
- Support the Head of Marketing and Principal in the implementation of strategic enrolment and branding initiatives.
**Qualifications & Competencies**
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in admissions, marketing, or customer service, preferably in an education setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Creative, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools (e.g., Canva, CRM systems, social media platforms).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
**Other Duties**
- Perform any other duties related to admissions and marketing as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
