**Responsibilities**:
1. Installation and Setup:

- Install and set up cold rooms, refrigeration systems, and associated equipment.
- Ensure proper insulation and sealing to maintain temperature stability.

2. Maintenance:

- Perform routine maintenance on cold rooms and refrigeration units to prevent breakdowns.
- Inspect and replace defective parts to ensure optimal functionality.

3. Diagnosis and Repair:

- Troubleshoot malfunctions in refrigeration systems and cold rooms.
- Identify and address issues such as leaks, compressor problems, and electrical failures.
- Execute necessary repairs and replacements promptly.

4. Temperature Control:

- Calibrate and adjust temperature controls to maintain required temperatures.
- Monitor and regulate humidity levels within cold rooms.

5. Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure that all installations and repairs comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Adhere to proper handling and disposal procedures for refrigerants.

6. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Complete service reports and document any recommendations for future improvements.

7. Customer Interaction:

- Interact with clients to understand their refrigeration needs and provide effective solutions.
- Educate clients on proper usage and maintenance practices.

**Requirements**:
1. Education and Certification:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant certification or license in refrigeration or HVAC.

2. Experience:

- Proven experience as a Cold Room & Refrigeration Technician.
- Familiarity with various refrigeration systems, including commercial cold rooms.

3. Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of refrigeration principles and components.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing refrigeration systems.

4. Communication Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical information to clients clearly and understandably.

5. Problem-Solving:

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve issues.

6. Physical Fitness:

- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various physical conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.

7. Driving License:

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- HVAC: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
