**Job description**
- Perform day-to-day financial accounting functions.
- Prepare full set of accounts and perform daily accounting records for general ledger, payables, receivables, bank reconciliation and fixed asset register.
- Work closely with the relevant department(s) to resolve suppliers’ invoices and statement for discrepancies.
- Monitor and update collections for accounts receivables and ensure that payments are made within reasonable period.
- Accounts receivables billings with follow up on outstanding bills.
- Validate and process expenses claims for petty cash payment.
- Assist in daily cash flow management.
- Maintain an efficient filing system in storing all accounting records.
- Assist in submitting for monthly salary, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
- Assist audit documentation.
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently and have a strong understanding of accounting knowledge
- Required skills: Microsoft Office and Accounting Software

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
