**Trading Procurement**
- **Responsibilities**_
- Prepare and issue RFQs to supplier based on client’s requirements and specifications.
- To follow up with supplier for quotation submission and clarification.
- To ensure all technical documents such as technical datasheet (if applicable) is submitted along with quotation.
- To develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers to get priority treatment such as faster quotes and urgent prioritize delivery.
- To estimate logistics costs accurately.
- To negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers to optimize cost and value.
- To create and issue Purchase Orders in alignment with quotations, delivery schedules, and internal approval processes.
- To track delivery schedule and update Purchase Orders status.
- **Qualifications**_
- Diploma in any related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant sourcing or procurement experience, preferably in oil & gas, manufacturing, or engineering sectors
- Fresh Graduate are also encourage to apply
- **Requirements**_
- Ability to read & interpret technical specifications, datasheets, and drawings related to equipment, parts, or materials.
- Basic product and material knowledge in oil and gas industry.
- Able to handle urgent sourcing enquiry.
