Dialysis Nurse

**Location**: _Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang_

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Provide clinical care for dialysis patients.
- Ensure optimal patient care by following the clinical process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in line with local and international standards.
- Adhere to and promote infection control policies by setting a positive example and ensuring compliance among team members.
- Monitor unit stock levels of consumables and medications, ensuring timely reordering to prevent operational disruptions.
- Manage clinical and medical supplies by tracking inventory, anticipating supply needs, placing and expediting orders, verifying deliveries, and utilizing resources efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on management decisions and operational requirements.

**What we expect of you**:

- Minimum Diploma in Medical Assistance or Diploma in Nursing.
- Must be registered with the Malaysian Medical Assistant Board/ Nursing Board.
- Professional demeanor in appearance, communication, and interactions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional patient service abilities.
- Certified in CPR.
- Trustworthy and dependable.
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Takes full ownership of delivering high-quality work.
- Compassionate and empathetic in patient care.
- Strong conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.
- Open to challenges and able to remain composed during crises.
- Highly committed and physically fit to manage demanding work schedules.
