In this role, you will be part of the global Digital Supply chain team responsible for elevating our ability to accurately plan material, production capacity as well as set customer expectations on product delivery, through analytics and partnerships with cross functional stakeholders across sales, manufacturing and procurement. In this role, you will: - Work closely with our supply chain and customer experience teams to ensure on-time delivery of products - Define and develop KPIs to track customer experience performance - Work with IT to drive development of projects to directly impact customer outcomes - Directly influence supply chain decisions based on analytical insights. - Develop analytics to identify systematic trends or opportunities for CE improvement, tied to market disruptions **Responsibilities**: - Leading operations customer experience programs and problem solving - Performance management of customer facing supply chain metrics and scoping of potential opportunities and risks - Identify and structure problems, create hypotheses and execute analysis to answer key business questions and find the "why" in addition to the "what" - Deliver presentations to senior executives in the Global Operations team and translate data into meaningful and actionable insights Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements - Proven track record in delivering change, process improvement, and root cause analytics - Advanced understanding of supply chain and business planning practices - Ability to make decisions using judgement and objective, fact based and data-driven approach with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint - Experience in executive level written, presentation and verbal communication of analysis and recommendations - Bachelor degree (Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Math, Finance or applicable field) and 10+ years of applicable experience Desirable Requirements - Intermediate scripting and visualization experience preferred: Python, R, SQL,Tableau or PowerBI - Knowledge of sales based statistical models and data analysis **Benefits**: We offer highly competitive salaries, bonus programs, world-class benefits, and unparalleled growth and development opportunities — all to create a compelling and rewarding work environment.
