- Promote and market residential property projects
- Handle customer inquiries and provide consultation
- Build strong rapport with potential buyers
- Follow up on leads and close deals
- Participate in sales events, launches & roadshows
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player, adaptable and proactive
- Willing to learn — training is fully provided
- Sales experience is a bonus (not mandatory)
