**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to develop content strategies that align with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
- Research industry trends and competitor content to identify content gaps and opportunities for innovation.
- Develop compelling storylines and narratives that convey our brand message and values effectively.
- Plan, produce, and edit multimedia content to maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms.
- Engage with our online community and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor content performance and analyze data to measure the success of content initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging content trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into our content strategy.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to create cohesive and visually appealing content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; relevant experience is also valued.
- Proven experience (3 years) in content creation, copywriting, or a related role.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with an ability to tailor content to different target audiences.
- Proficiency in using content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their content requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- A creative mindset, always looking for fresh and innovative content ideas.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to design and illustrate would be a strong bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
