_**Requirement**:_
- Experience in related field or in consultancy firm will be an added advantage.
- Experience in high-rise and mixed development projects or even industrial projects will be an added advantage.
- Able to liaise effectively with all levels of management, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and relevant agencies.
- Good team player and possess good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office software (or willing to learn)
- Like to be challenged, explore new things, outgoing personality.
- Good presentation skill.

- Organising, coordinating, monitoring and supervising site activities.
- In-charge and monitoring the implementation & compliance of ISO Procedures.
- Verify site daily and progress report done by site workers (sub-cons).
- To ensure the work is carried out to the client's standards, specification, correct material, workmanship and schedule.
- To familiar with all the relevant drawings (auto-cad) and written instruction, check and use it as a standard reference when doing the inspection.
- To cross check and be familiarize with drawings and Bill of Quantities (BQ)
- To issue correspondence letter / memo in writing to parties involved (consultants / clients) on the matters arise (if any).
- To check the drawing and report the discrepancy (if any) to the senior manager.
- To check measurements and samples on site to make sure that the work and the materials meet the specification and quality standard.
- Monitoring and reporting on physical progress and stage claim to superior.
- To take care company utilities in order to make sure that in a good condition.
- Liaising with contractors, consultants and local authorities in any matters.
- To keep and update on the daily site progress and records.
- To attend monthly site valuation and verify progress claim with clients.
- To attend all meetings which includes Site Coordination Meeting, NSC Meeting and technical site walk & internal staffs meetings.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
