Job Description

Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
Rotates through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.
Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.
Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
Assists in completing the employee P File.

Skills, Experience and Competencies

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program or equivalent in Business, Finance, Human Resource or related discipline.
Strong communicator - able to act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Innovator - continuously seeks to improve the status quo, conceives creative solutions to business problems and is willing to take a calculated risk to test them out early and often.
Project management - a proven track record in driving timebound initiatives to a successful conclusion
