We are seeking a passionate and qualified **Dietitian & Nutritionist** to join our team and provide expert dietary and nutritional guidance to our patients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Certification as a registered Dietitian or Nutritionist is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary principles, particularly in a clinical setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

**Responsibility**
- Conduct patient assessments to understand nutritional needs and health goals.
- Develop personalized meal plans and nutritional strategies tailored to individual health conditions and lifestyle requirements.
- Provide counseling and education on healthy eating habits, disease prevention and weight management.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to nutritional plans.
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in dietetics and nutrition.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
