To perform Inkjet printing and die-cut on daily basis, to meet desire output, quality, and productivity.
Operate die-cut and printing machine by following Jobsheet / working instruction.
To monitor machine and printing job in progress, according to the Master checklist for Production team.
To maintain and troubleshoot basic printing issue e.g setting machine, color issue, dirty printing, etc daily printing run effectively.
To work closely with maintenance team, to ensure printing machine are in good condition, to minimize downtime, machine breakdown.
To continually improve printing know-how, to speed up printing process, and maximize quality and output.
Maintain the cleanliness of working area including the machines and ensure work is safe and organized.
Pack finished goods according to the packing list.
Record raw material stock card & ink usage.
