Position: Retail Partner Acquisition Specialist ("AS") Locations: KL, Selangor, Johor (Let us know your preferred location) Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM **Job Scope**: - Partner Acquisition: Recruit retail stores/new partners to join the Buyer Self Collection (BSC) program, allowing them to offer parcel collection services to Shopee buyers. - Targeted Outreach: Each AS will receive a list of key locations and must pitch the program to assigned stores. AS may also engage other eligible retail stores within a 250m radius. - End-to-End Process: Handle everything from acquiring leads to contract signing. - POSM Delivery: Provide Point of Sale Materials (POSM) to new partners. - Onboarding & Training: Ensure seamless integration into the program. **Requirements**: - **Education**: SPM, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome to apply. - **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** is required. - **Mobility**: Must have **own transportation** - travelling within designated areas is required. - **Personality**: We’re looking for someone **outspoken, confident, and engaging**. **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 6 months Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Commission pay **Experience**: - client facing sales: 1 year (preferred) - sales/customer service: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - Mandarin (preferred) - English (required) Willingness to travel: - 100% (required) Work Location: In person
