**Requirements**:

- Registered Competent Electrical Chargeman Certificate under Category - AO/AI Chargeman (MUST)
- Familiar with 11KV LV Switchgears and Switchboards of high rise building services maintenance functions
- At least ** years in a similar capacity
- 6 days work in a week
- Immediate job available

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for maintaining Mechanical and Electrical systems of the building.
- Daily monitoring of LV switchboards, busducts, transformers, switchgears and TNB supply.
- Ensure that all mechanical pumpsets are regularly checked and reported to the Building Executive weekly.
- To inspect all equipments in the Security Control Room and advise management on the status and conditions of the requirements.
- To supervise external contractor closely during the time of servicing and verify the wireman's report.
- Carry out weekly standby Generator and Fire Pumpsets Testing with supervision of HT Chargeman.
- To submit a monthly schedule of contract service chit received for all services carried out to Building Executive for vetting.
- To report and fault or failure to management during the servicing time and recommend follow up action.
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per standing operation procedures.
