Content Creator cum Live Host

Job Overview:
You will collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns, optimize live sessions for monetization, and produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
A. Live Host Responsibilities:

- Host engaging live sessions across social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Monetize live sessions by promoting products and interacting with viewers.
- Monitor and analyze live session performance data to optimize future sessions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live campaigns and promotions.

Content Creator Responsibilities:

- Create daily content (videos, photos, and posts) to be published on various social media platforms.
- Plan daily and monthly content calendars in alignment with marketing strategies.
- Monitor content performance metrics and optimize results to increase engagement and conversions.
- Independently brainstorm and execute creative content ideas that resonate with the target audience.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record (preferably in content creation or hosting).
- Ability to edit using smartphone/laptop tools (for content creation).
- Fluent in both spoken and written communication, with strong presentation skills. (Bahasa melayu and English)
- Comfortable being on camera, with a charismatic and engaging on-screen presence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to brainstorm and plan content ideas independently.
- Capable of analyzing data and making decisions to optimize live sessions and content performance.
- Able to work independently and responsibly

Preferred Attributes:

- Creativity and passion for beauty, skincare, and lifestyle content.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
- Experience in planning campaigns and digital marketing is a plus.

**Salary**:
Basic salary starting from RM1500-RM3000 (depending on experience)
