**Content Marketing**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Creation**

Develop and produce high-quality, engaging, and entertaining video content tailored for TikTok that align with our brand / product / target audience, including brainstorming, scripting, filming, and editing

**2. Trend Monitoring**

Stay updated with latest TikTok trends, challenges, features, platform updates and emerging content formats to capitalize on viral opportunities and keep our content relevant and engaging

**3. Collaboration**

Collaborate with affiliates / creators to expand our reach and strengthen product / brand presence on TikTok. Work closely with the marketing team to align TikTok initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.

**4. Audience Engagement**

Monitor audience feedback, comments, and trends to optimize content performance and drive continuous improvement.

**5. Analytics and Reporting**

Utilize analytics tools to track key metrics, analyze content performance, and generate actionable insights for future campaigns.

**6. Experimentation**

Test new content ideas and strategies to continuously improve engagement and reach on the platform.

**7. Compliance**

Ensure all TikTok content adheres to platform guidelines, copyright laws, and brand standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or a related field, with a focus on TikTok.
- **Creativity**: Strong creativity and storytelling skills with the ability to ideate and produce innovative and engaging TikTok content.
- **Platform Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of TikTok platform features, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in video editing software and tools commonly used for TikTok content creation.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing trends, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
