Assistant Store Keeper

Responsibilities:

- Assist in receiving, storing, and issuing materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure proper labeling and organization of inventory for easy tracking.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies to the Storekeeper.
- Assist in updating stock records and maintaining accurate inventory data.
- Support in preparing stock reports and ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
- Assist in coordinating stock movements, including incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Familiar with Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), Credit Notes (CN), Purchase Forms, and other inventory-related documents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area.
- Ensure materials are stored safely and in compliance with company guidelines.
- Assist in implementing proper stock rotation to prevent damage or expired items.
- Work closely with the Storekeeper and other team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Assist in handling and resolving inventory-related issues efficiently.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support store operations.
- Based in Port Dickson, willing to travel for outstation work occasionally.

Requirement:

- Minimum SPM level or equivalent qualification
- Willing to work overtime, weekend, public holiday and as when required
- At least 1 year of experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory management (preferred but not mandatory).
- Physically fit( free from any illness /medical condition)
- Punctual and responsible, with a strong work ethic.
- Willing to work overtime or shifts if required.
- With own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
