**About the role**

Primiertel Sdn Bhd' is seeking a talented Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our company's finance department.

**What you'll be doing**
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports and other documents
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Performing data entry, reconciliations and general bookkeeping tasks
- Providing administrative support to the finance team as required
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Providing support for financial audits and other projects

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting assistant role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance or a related field
