**About the Role**:
As a Swim Teacher, you'll be responsible for guiding children through their swimming lessons in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. You'll teach kids at various skill levels, helping them develop confidence and essential water safety skills, all while keeping things energetic and engaging.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach swimming lessons to children of different ages and abilities.
- Use a loud, clear voice to communicate effectively with students and keep them engaged.
- Create a fun, safe, and positive environment that encourages kids to learn and grow.
- Provide encouragement and positive reinforcement to help children succeed in their swimming journey.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure the wellbeing of all students during lessons.
- Communicate progress and feedback to both students and parents.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Fluent in English** - Strong communication skills to engage with kids.
- **Passionate about working with children** - We want someone who loves teaching and inspiring young learners
- **Loud voice & high energy** - Your enthusiasm should fill the pool and motivate your students
- **No prior swimming experience required** - We provide full training to help you become a confident swim instructor.
- **Positive, can-do attitude** - You should be adaptable and excited about the chance to learn something new.
