Roles & Responsibilities
- To ensure the accuracy of inventory, and data entry at all times.
- Perform stock, inventory verification, review & reconciliation
- To plan, organize, and execute warehouse team daily, weekly & monthly activities.
- To review, analyze, set & maintaining the method of storage including temperature, humidity, weight limitation, location and space as per company, safety, quality, customer and ISO requirement.
- To plan, coordinate & monitor incoming & outgoing task is fulfilled.
- To plan & organize the storage of raw materials to comply with Safety, FIFO & company's Quality requirements.
- To ensure 6S has been carried out effectively at all warehouse areas.
- To ensure Warehouse personnel practice compliance work habits.
- To prepare weekly & monthly Stock & warehouse Operations report to management.
- To work with planners to optimize inventory turns, and to drive slow-moving FGs and raw materials.
- Continuous improvement of warehouse using technology in managing warehouse and shipping.
- To conform to QMS, EMS and OHSAS policy requirements
- Assist in purchasing activities

**Requirements**:

- Preferably Degree or Diploma in any field or equivalent.
- Preferably 3 years experience in related section.
- Knowledgeable in ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Good communication and management skills.
- Computer literate.
- Knowledgeable in MRP / ERP / SAP.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
