Oversee the receiving of incoming goods for devices and accessories, ensuring timely and accurate updates in the system.
- Track and manage cancelled order items, coordinating their return and ensuring accurate stock adjustments.
- Lead the warranty claim process by liaising with service centres to ensure prompt and accurate claim handling.
- Coordinate and execute Return-to-Vendor (RTV) processes for defective or end-of-life stock.
- Plan and conduct cyclical and full stock counts, ensuring compliance with internal controls and inventory accuracy standards.
- Maintain effective warehouse housekeeping by implementing FIFO, 5S, and other best practices.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances, working cross-functionally to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all inventory-related processes are executed in line with defined SOPs and SLAs, and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.

**Job requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in inventory management, preferably in high-value consumer products or the electronics industry.
- Demonstrated experience in enforcing SOPs and achieving SLA targets.
- Solid understanding of inventory systems (ERP, WMS) and warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to process integrity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
