Live Streamer

Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, creative, and engaging individual to join our team as a TikTok Live Streamer. In this role, you will be responsible for hosting interactive live streams on TikTok, building a loyal audience, and promoting our brand, products, or services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Live Streaming:

- Host entertaining and engaging TikTok live streams regularly to attract and retain viewers.
- Respond to comments and interact with the audience in real-time to build rapport and engagement.

2. Content Creation:

- Plan and prepare content ideas for live sessions in alignment with brand objectives.
- Ensure live streams reflect the brand’s tone, values, and messaging.

3. Audience Engagement:

- Build a community by consistently engaging with followers and maintaining a strong online presence.
- Encourage viewers to follow, share, and interact during streams.

4. Sales & Promotion (if applicable):

- Promote products, services, or campaigns during live sessions.
- Achieve targeted metrics such as sales, views, or audience growth.

5. Analytics & Improvement:

- Monitor performance metrics such as views, engagement, and conversions.
- Gather feedback and adapt strategies to improve live streaming outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Experience in live streaming, content creation, or social media is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, confident, and comfortable on camera.
- Ability to engage and entertain an online audience.
- Familiarity with TikTok trends and platform features.

Key Skills:

- Knowledge of TikTok live streaming tools and analytics.
- Creative storytelling and audience interaction skills.
- Ability to manage time and maintain a consistent streaming schedule

Preferred:

- Experience in social media marketing or e-commerce.
- Ability to produce and edit short video clips to promote live sessions.

Compensation:

- Competitive salary or commission-based earnings.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
