**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with back-end developers and designers to improve usability.
- Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
- Prepare documentation such as Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), Business System Specifications (BSS), Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.

**Job Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in front-end development preferred, but fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel, and Python.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Responsive/Mobile design.
- Experience with Git for version control.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of CMS web portals, web development, RMS, HRAD, FAS, and CRM.
- Familiarity with documentation preparation such as BRS, BSS, FAT, and UAT.
- Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and concise interactions with team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality and error-free code.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Innovative thinking to contribute fresh ideas and solutions.
- Willing to work on off / rest days if required.
