**ABOUT THE POSITION**

Virtuos is always working on more and bigger exciting projects. With great projects come great responsibility, and our production team needs an exceptional individual to show the direction. Virtuos Induction Program is a 3-months paid training program where you will be able play, grow, and launch your career. Test your skills and take up challenges along the way while you master the ropes of the game industry. Ultimately, find out what it takes to work on a full-blown AAA game production.

While working with experienced professionals; you will gain multitudes of knowledge on game development, face to face mentorship, and ease of access to all new software or methodology used in next-gen game production.

Upon completion of the training, each trainee will have an opportunity to be hired as our full-time employee and be involved on making games better, together
