**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Front Office Manager** to lead our front office operations. This role is crucial in ensuring guest satisfaction, optimizing occupancy and revenue, and driving service excellence aligned with Meliá’s standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and communicate strategic plans to maximize room occupancy and revenue.
- Manage and assign responsibilities across all front office shifts, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to enhance positioning.
- Implement new policies and products from Head Office effectively.
- Oversee daily bookings, guest rates, and maintain key account relationships.
- Collaborate on business reports including budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Recruit, train, and develop front office staff in line with HR and quality standards.
- Ensure legal compliance and uphold all operational standards in the front office.
- Analyse guest feedback and quality indices to drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Training**:

- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Business Administration.

**Languages**:

- Fluent in English.
- Additional languages are an advantage (especially local or regional languages).

**Experience**:

- At least 4 years in a similar role within a hotel of comparable category.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in hotel booking systems.
- Strong understanding of yield and revenue management.
- Knowledge of IT systems related to front office operations.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
