**About Us**

Wafiza Marketing Sdn Bhd is one of the distribution F&B company. We are selling premium quality of frozen dumpling and dimsum through brand Coastal to the customers throughout Malaysia. We have more than 500 agents or business partners throughout Malaysia and our mission is to ensure the product’s quality assurance as well as satisfy our client/customer’s tastes/preferences.

Our company is looking for a Marketing and Sales Executive to help us create marketing campaign and manage sales for our business

Key Responsibilities:
**1. Product Sales & Customer Management**
- Responsible for selling food products to customers and achieving sales targets.
- Manage inquiries and orders from prospects and existing customers via social media, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.

**2. Social Media Marketing**
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote products and increase brand awareness.
- Manage company social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement with followers.
- Conduct live sessions on platforms like TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram to showcase products and drive sales.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.

**3. Sales Planning & Reporting**
- Plan and implement effective marketing campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
- Analyze sales performance and create detailed reports for management.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing and sales outcomes.

**4. Creative Collaboration**
- Work with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
