We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree with minimum 1 year experience in Call center
- Proficiency level between N1 - N3
- Excellent **c**ommunication skills in Japanese and English both in written and verbal
- Strong service orientation
- Willingness to learn additional products
- Experience in handling US/European market is a plus
**Additional Details**
- Location: KL Sentral
- Basic: RM 8,000
- Shift Allowance: RM 400
- Supporting US/Europe market
- 5 days working, 2 days off
- 24/7 rotational shift (monthly rotation)
- Permanent Position
Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
