As a Medical Assistant, a crucial role in supporting healthcare professionals in various clinical settings.The primary responsibilities will revolve around assisting Doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers in delivering quality patient care. We are looking for medical assistant that could produce service as per below:

- **Patient Care**:

- Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for examinations.
- Obtain and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate, and respiration rate include all procedure
- Assist patients with mobility, positioning, and ambulation as needed.
- Prepare patients for medical procedures and explain treatment procedures to patients.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist with medical billing and coding procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment.
- **Clinical Support**:

- Assist healthcare providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing.
- Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urinalysis and phlebotomy.
- Sterilize and prepare medical instruments and equipment.
- **Patient Education**:

- Provide patients with information regarding medications, treatments, and follow-up care instructions.
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and lifestyle changes.
- Offer support and guidance to patients and their families regarding healthcare concerns.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Collaborate with doctorss, nurses, and other staff members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to ethical and legal standards.
- **Continuing Education**:

- Stay updated on medical advancements, procedures, and regulations through ongoing training and education.
- Participate in professional development activities and seek opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical assistant training program preferred.
- Certification or registration as a Medical Assistant is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic medical office software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
