To monitoring social media accounts platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada，Just Order, Websites, Facebook, XHS, Tiktok) and other digitally produced materials including product listing, updates, delisting, and returns management.
- To be responsible for writing, plan and develop creative content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media platform.
- Engage with customers through online platform chat, addressing inquiries and takes appropriate actions.
- Communication & coordination between internal teams, partners and platforms
- Design creative artwork and content for the social media platforms (images, edited photos, videos, and etc.)
- Design, develops, maintains and produces graphic design and multimedia to support the company and department needs.
- To receive, direct and maintain a good record of ALL incoming related enquiries of the Company
- Prepare and execute online promotion/ Increase the sales of the company products.
- Any other ad-hoc task as required by the superior.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
