Resident Doctor

**1. Clinical Duties**
- Conduct general consultations & manage illnesses
- Perform minor procedures (e.g., wound care, nebulisation)
- Handle antenatal checkups, family planning & women’s health
- Maintain accurate records & ensure patient safety

**2. Patient Care**
- Provide patient-centred care & health education
- Promote clinic services (e.g., packages, vaccinations)
- Manage patient feedback & service recovery

**3. Admin & Operations**
- Support daily clinic operations with the team
- Supervise clinic assistants & ensure SOP compliance
- Monitor medical supplies & assist with HR/admin tasks

**4. Marketing & Outreach**
- Join health campaigns & create content
- Promote services via events, talks, or partnerships

**5. Sales & KPIs**
- Support clinic targets (patient volume, sales, follow-ups)
- Upsell relevant services & track performance

**Requirements**:
1. Experience as Resident Doctor for at least 2 years above

2. Possess MBBS

3. Working Hours:

- 1st Shift - 8am to 4pm
- 2nd Shift - 4pm to 12am

4. Preferably : Malay & Female

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
