**Job Descriptions**:
- General HR Admin job functions, including Payroll, Recruitment, Foreign Worker, Training & IR/ER.
**-**Talent Acquisition: Spearhead recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the entire hiring process, and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
Performance Management: Support the development and implementation of KPIs, guide department heads, and assist in managing performance issues.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, address grievances, and organize employee engagement activities.
Compliance and Policy: Ensure adherence to local regulations, ISO requirements, and company policies, conducting regular reviews and updates.
Administrative Support: Including managing the drivers schedule, securities, company vehicle, accomodations...etc
**Job Requirements**:
- Professional Certificate or Diploma from Human Resource, Business Admin.
- 3 years working experience from manufacturing.
- Full set HRA experience will be addvantage.
- Well understand local employment act 1955.
- Experienced to handle employee greviances, conflicts and fighting cases.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
