Responsible for managing the overall museum operations, exhibitions, and public programs that enhance visitor engagement and promote the company’s brand and cultural storytelling. The role involves curating exhibition content, planning educational workshops and events, coordinating cross-department efforts, and ensuring a seamless visitor experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Museum Operations**
- Oversee daily museum activities, ensuring smooth visitor flow, excellent customer service, and facility upkeep.
- Manage staff, budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships related to exhibitions and museum maintenance.

**Exhibition Curation & Management**
- Plan, design, and execute engaging exhibitions aligned with the company’s vision and storytelling direction.
- Research, curate, and maintain exhibits with accurate information and appealing presentation.
- Coordinate with designers, artists, and contractors for installation, lighting, and display setup.

**Events & Workshops**
- Develop and implement public programs such as workshops, talks, and guided tours.
- Collaborate with external facilitators and partners to create interactive and educational experiences.
- Handle event logistics, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site coordination.

**Marketing & Visitor Engagement**
- Partner with marketing teams to promote exhibitions and programs via social media and PR campaigns.
- Build relationships with schools, universities, and communities to increase visitor participation.
- Gather visitor feedback and prepare reports to improve engagement strategies.

**Research & Education**
- Conduct research to support exhibition content and educational initiatives.
- Develop learning materials and interpretive content for visitors, students, and families.

**Administration & Reporting**
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and progress reports for exhibitions and events.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to strategic planning and sponsorship proposals.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Degree in Museum Studies, Event Management, Arts & Design, Communication, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in museum, exhibition, or event management.
- Strong organizational, creative, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (Malay is an advantage).
- Passionate about arts, culture, and experiential learning.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
