**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Warehouse Operations Assistant supports daily warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains cleanliness, and follows safety guidelines to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Warehouse Operations Management**
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments, deliveries, and inventory transfers.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and implement improvements as needed.

**Team Leadership & Supervision**
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
- Assign tasks and monitor team productivity to maintain efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

**Inventory Control & Accuracy**
- Ensure proper stock rotation and storage to minimize damage and waste.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.

**Safety & Compliance**
- Enforce warehouse safety protocols and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of equipment and hazardous materials.
- Conduct safety training and implement corrective actions for any violations.

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including inventory reports, shipping logs, and incident reports.
- Provide regular performance reports to management on warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in developing and updating warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs).

**Equipment & Facility Maintenance**
- Ensure warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is properly maintained and serviced.
- Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Report facility issues and coordinate repairs as needed.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
