Japanese Soba noodles restaurant will be open at Publika Shopping Gallery in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

You need to support store management as Assistant Store Manager.

◆Job Description：
- Customer service
- Prepare food and help waiters/waitresses

*Operations are simplified for franchise stores, and cooking skills such as cutting and frying are not required.
- Clean up the restaurant
- Participate in staff training
- Support Store Manager

Such as
- Check inventory and place and receive orders
- Store sales management
- Prepare staff shifts
- Participate in head office meetings, etc.

◆Restaurant Staff:
We expect about 10-12 people including Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and part-timers.

The restaurant also handles alcoholic beverages, so it is expected that many of the staff will be of Chinese.

◆Restaurant Opening Hours：

Everyday 11:00am Open / 10:00pm Close

◆Schedule：

July・・・Training in Shizuoka, Japan for about 3 weeks (hotel accommodations will be provided near the company)

August・・・Training with staff at a local store in Kuala Lumpur in preparation for store opening

September・・・Store opening at Publika Shopping Gallery, actual operation starts

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

■MUST TO HAVE:

- Experience of working at restaurant
- Leadership experience
- Okay for shift working
- Able to handle Alcoholic beverages
- English

■Personality Requirement:

- Can support Store Manager and manage staff

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
