IT Business Analyst

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst having SAP IT consultant background who will be working in the topics related to Purchase to Pay in the Finance area. As an IT Business Analyst, you will collaborate and work closely with other IT Business Analysts and IT Product Owners. You will provide professional advice, do hands-on customizations and responsible for transferring business requirements into implementations. You need to work together with Global Business Teams on 5 major topics (Innovation, Compliance, Operation Excellence, Digitalization and Automation) and we support primarily in ERP system, i.e., SAP S/4HANA. There are other flexible systems (e.g., Concur, Serrala) which are integrated with our ERP system and from time to time we also must upgrade the systems for better reliability. We are focusing to bring the user centric as well as customer centric approach to another level and develop or implement advanced tools and services for our finance business across the different Hilti subsidiaries worldwide.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or in a related field with a CGPA of 3.0 and above.
- At least 4 years of experience as SAP IT Consultant in SAP ERP 6.0 environment / S/4HANA in the following areas: Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable).
- Interested and willing to explore ERP solution (SAP S/4HANA) and understanding system functionality and configuration.
- Excellent communication skills, high commitment, innovative and proactiveness in approaching knowledge.
- Good command of English (spoken and written) and willingness to grow in multicultural working environment.
