Presales Consultant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver compelling, tailored **product demonstrations** to prospects and clients, highlighting key features and business value.
- Act as the **technical and business face** of the solution during sales cycles—confidently presenting to HR leaders, hiring managers, and IT decision-makers.
- Conduct **live webinars, on-site demos, and virtual training sessions** for new and existing customers.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and align demos with market needs.
- Translate client pain points into effective solution narratives using real-world use cases.
- Provide post-demo support, including follow-up proposals, FAQs, and enablement materials.
- Train internal teams and external clients on platform usage—ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to maintain thought leadership.
- Work in a **fast-paced, target-driven environment** with agility and ownership.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **presales, solutions consulting, or technical sales** within SaaS, HR Tech, or job platforms (preferred).
- **Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia** - both spoken and written. Ability to switch seamlessly between languages based on audience.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills - you’re **confident, engaging, and persuasive**.
- Strong ability to **simplify complex systems** into clear, impactful demos.
- Experience using CRM and demo tools
- Comfortable **training adults** in corporate environments - patience, clarity, and energy matter.
- Self-starter with an **aggressive, results-oriented mindset** - you thrive under pressure and love closing the deal through great storytelling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT, or related field.
- Prior exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR software is a strong plus.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
