**RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY**:
**1. Operate CNC Turning Machines**: Efficiently operate CNC turning machines to ensure smooth production.

**2. Order Fulfilment**: Produce parts accurately in line with customer order specifications and requirements.

**3. Quality and Precision**: Ensure all measurements of machined products are precise and meet the production schedule.

**4. Product Quality Assurance**: Consistently produce high-quality products, maintaining stringent quality standards.

**5. Grinding Process**: Perform grinding processes using grinder machines when necessary to support production needs.

**6. Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with superiors and colleagues for a cohesive workflow.

**7. Compliance**: Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational KPIs.

**8. Equipment Reporting**: Promptly report any equipment or process malfunctions to the superior.

**9. Workplace Maintenance**: Keep the workplace clean, organized, and tidy at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

**10. Instruction Adherence**: Follow instructions and orders given by the superior diligently.

**11. Additional Tasks**: Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the superior.

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
**Education**:

- SPM, Diploma or technical certificate in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Machining, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CNC turning machine operation and grinding processes.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., callipers, micrometres, gauges).

**Other Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and initiative to identify and address issues.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: From RM1.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CNC turning machine operation and grinding processes: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)
- English (preferred)
