**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process service work orders, reports, and monthly maintenance summaries.
- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate machinery service and maintenance schedules.
- Manage and compile service team allowance claims.
- Maintain and update service schedule trackers and related records.
- Perform accurate data entry into the system for all service activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: SPM
- Proficient in Mathematics and English
- At least 1 year of related experience

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
