**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks.
- Operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices, following cafe standards.
- Create latte art and customize drinks based on customer preferences.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and answer questions about the menu.
- Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and dietary needs.
- Handle complaints and special requests professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness in the cafe area, including workstations, equipment, tables, and floors.
- Follow daily cleaning schedules and deep cleaning procedures for coffee equipment.
- Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients ; notify the manager for restock when inventory is low.
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a barista; experience in a café or restaurant setting is also preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Malay, knowledge in Mandarin is a plus.
- Proficient in coffee art and making cafe beverage.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Willing to work at Cameron Highlands.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cameron Highlands: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
