**JOB TITLE: Proctor Mandarin Speaker**

**6 Months Contract (Absorb to permanent based on performance)**

**REPORTS TO: Shift Lead / Operations Manager**

**Fully Work From Office**

**Salary Package: RM 3,000 + RM 400 Shift Allowance + RM 800 Language Allowance**

**Normal working days & Normal working hours**

**JOB OVERVIEW**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform the following security checks:

- Environment -ensure there are no security risks within the testing environment
- Ensure that all required components of the check-in and security screening have been completed and communicate this to the Proctor
- Control test area by maintaining a working knowledge of policies, practices and procedures

**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION**
- Minimum High School Diploma required; college experience preferred
- Must be able to read and write in Chinese. EXPERIENCE
- One to two years customer service-related experience required
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good judgment and strong decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Focus on a single task for extended periods of time
- Make decisions and escalate issues as needed
- Flexible working schedule: must be able to work weekends or late shift when required

**PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to be observant, focused

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
