Position: Clinic Assistant
Company Background: Aesthetic Clinic
Salary Package: RM1,500 - RM2,500
Need to bond 1 year contract

Working Location:

- Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, KL x3 URGENT
- Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam URGENT
- Seri Bintang, KL x2
- Damansara Utama, PJ (2) URGENT

Working Days: Thursday to Tuesday (clinic closed on Wednesday)
Working Hours: 8am - 10pm (on-shift rotation)
- Morning shift: 7.30am - 4pm
- Evening shift: 1.30pm - 10pm
(working hours may be different with the adjustment of different branch)

Job Descriptions:

- Assist patient on registration and update waiting time/ which consultation room
- Assist doctor/nurses with examinations and routine procedures
- Assist in preparing and dispensing medications
- Assist in / clinical procedures / operate medical equipment with care and professionalism
- Answer and handle incoming calls on inquires accordingly
- Monitor supplies of inventories and medications
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
- Keep the clinic area clean and tidy

Job Requirements:

- At least 1 year of working experience as clinic assistant
- Fresh graduate with relevant education background (Clinic Assistant / Medical Assistant / Pharmacy Assistant / Radiographer) are encouraged to apply
- Required Skill(s): Good computer skills, good communication skills, customer service orientated, detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, good interpersonal skills
- Willing to do rotate shift
- Willing to work on night shift
- Have own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
