- 良好的溝通和表達能力。
- 精通英語和中文
- 擅長談判和處理投訴。
- 持之以恆，以結果為導向。
- 有耐心，能夠處理客戶的拒絕。
- 至少擁有工商管理或相關領域的文憑；商業理學士/文學學士優先。
