**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Personal Assistant will be responsible to provide
personalized secretarial and administrative assistance in a well
- organized and timely manner. He or she will assist on a one-to
- one basis on a variety of tasks related to Director’s working life
and communication.
- Liaison & follow-up on all business & daily work-related
matters to the Director.

- Liaison with suppliers, customers, and all business contacts
related to the Director.
- Draft memos, letters, minutes & all business correspondences
for the Director.
- Arrange & schedule work appointments, meetings, travel
itinerary & hotel accommodation and to handle all private &
confidential matters relating to the Director.
- Prepare written documentation, presentations & business
proposals for the Director in Excel and/or Power Point.
- Gather all business research & necessary information for the
Director.
- Provide full range of confidential personal assistance to the
Director.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system that secures
confidential file.
- Undertake other ad-hoc functions and related duties as and
when required by the Director.
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's
Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any
business study in a recognized institution.
2. At least 5 years of relevant working experience as a personal
assistant.
3. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficient in MS Office.
4. Well verse in organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Bahasa
Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
7. Travelling is required.
