We are a thriving e-commerce company specializing in unique gifts. We are seeking a diligent and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to support our team with various administrative tasks, including managing our e-commerce backend operations.
**Position: Administrative Assistant**
**Location**: KLANG, PANDAMARAN
**Type**: Full-time
**Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**: Handle daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
- **E-commerce Backend Management**: Update product listings, manage inventory, and process orders through our e-commerce platform.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain and update records accurately.
- **Communication**: Responding to customer inquiries & handling after-sales service
- **Support Tasks**: Assisting with live streaming sessions
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage office supplies and product stock levels.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tiktok, FB, IG) and basic backend operations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
