We are a fast-growing real estate company dedicated to creating impactful digital content and strong online branding. Our team is passionate about storytelling, creativity, and delivering engaging visuals to attract clients and build our brand presence across social media platforms.

We’re looking for a creative and motivated **Video Editor Intern** to join our marketing and design team. You will work closely with our marketing department to produce engaging videos for social media, campaigns, and property promotions.

**Responsibilities**
- Edit and produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Trim, cut, and assemble raw footage into polished final videos
- Add text overlays, transitions, and sound effects to enhance storytelling
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video ideas
- Assist in shooting or recording video content when needed
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and editing styles

**Requirements**:

- Basic skills in video editing software ( CapCut, Canva, Adobe After Effects is a bonus )
- Creative mindset and good sense of visual storytelling
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in marketing, branding, or real estate (advantage but not required)
- Students in Multimedia, Mass Communication, or Creative Arts are encouraged to apply
