**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to verify conformance to specifications.
- Identify and report non-conformities, ensuring timely corrective actions are taken.
- Maintain and manage all quality inspection records and documentation, including inspection reports, test data, and quality control logs.
- Ensure all quality documentation complies with company policies and relevant standards.
- Assist in preparing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and inspection protocols.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS), including ISO documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify quality-related data.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in preparing documentation for external audits.
- Track and report quality metrics and trends, providing documentation support to the Quality Manager.
- Ensure calibration and proper functioning of inspection equipment and tools.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on documentation procedures and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a Quality Inspector.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and documentation management.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management standards.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and quality management software.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
